The Power Of Kindness-Mystic

As I was walking down the street today,
I passed an old woman, and I could hear her say-
She said "I love you" to someone, but no one was there
Just a dog with a bone and a lone wooden chair
With tears in her eyes, she spoke with a soft touch
In her voice, I could tell that she missed him so much
Then I thought to myself, I should try to make her feel better
So, I sat on a bench, and I wrote her a letter
"Granny" I called her, because I noticed in her house
A picture of young children with her in her blouse
You're at peace with yourself, I wrote with a smile
Because your face gloomed of love
Since I've been here all this while
After reading my letter, I could see by her grin
And I can tell by the tears, that dripped off of her chin
That what I had written, had made her feel better
Just a few kind words in a heartwarming letter
