The Poetry In Me
The poetry in me will never cease~
It gives my heart such sweet release~
Whether I write about my God or my love~
The sun, the moon or the stars above~
Funny poems make me laugh at me~
The poetry in me has set me free!
Some poems may have perfect rhyme~
Others may be slightly out of time~
Iambic pentameter can be so neat~
If a poem you wish to complete~
Carefully written or hastly done~
Writing poems is so much fun!
