The Poetic Stress Releaser
Having lived past the six score years stage
with loads of stress bringing stammer block
causing lots of anxiety headaches and all
but I’ve found secret for stress to unlock
Taken my pen into my right hand
with A4 sheets of paper on my lap
then take words from my mind
put them all together a poetic map
It’s amazing really how words work
as I put them on paper like a rhyme
stress seems to fade right away
such peace indeed does just climb
This is to me simply truly amazing
how words can change one’s inside
taking thoughts and emotions freely
making them fill your heart with pride
So stress doesn’t need to beat you
let that pen take away that stress
with it flowing endless peace filled ink
this is best blessing indeed oh yes!
