The Poetess's Meow

Aw, she thought she was the perfect cat's meow!
Meaningless Poetry made her tingle.
You could even hear her bold crown jingle.
Nobocdy was as good as she, anyhow!

Here she comes now, such pietic expertise!
Kiss her skirt with divine reverence,
Although she makes absolutelly no sense.
Afterward, down on your knees.

I made her up just for fun.
Before getting dinner ready and a short run"
Shakespeare sauce on organic spaghetti.
Shades of the famed poet, Lawrence Ferlinghetti!

I know a few people like that. I just ignore them. It's the best way to get back at them because they hate not to be noticed. Good one here Pangie. God Bless, JB

Hi Judy, thank you for sharing your experience, my latest poem expands on this. I am. no marathon commenter. I explain why in that Poem. We are not all the same ages here and have various schedules... I am in no race to climb that community board!i Long ago I was number 3" cannot do that anymore, Anyways sweet Judy...this was a fantasy poem.... Remember, God notices you always . And you know when your Poem is good and are pleased. The read numbers say a lott. But some play a game here, I don't get it.. I think it's dorky. they don't write..a lot on purpose...so they have high numbers. How can any of us improve by not writing? Let me know.. Some even throw poetry away and begin again? It's GOOd to see where you came from. I looked back..,what a shock. Some great ones with zero comments? So what. I saw it.God knows, we all do our best. Pangie thank you Xx Pangie xx
