The Player

Time after time,
Over and over again.
You told me.
You are the player,
and every player has rules.
Rule number one,
Players never fall in love.
Only when the game is done,
the player moves on.
Rule number two,
Never fall in love with a player,
Because he will soon be gone.
Rule number three,
You best believe,
You are not the only woman,
that I please.
