The Perfect Dream

When asked what my perfect dream is like
I think about the Northern Lights
The colors illuminating all the sky
An amazing place to set my eyes
I lay beneath a glassy dome
The feeling I feel almost feels like home
And maybe someone else is there
To hold me close in their arms to bare
They’ll whisper gently in my ear
Every sweet nothing I want to hear
Snow will be falling ever so soft
The white flurries dancing all aloft
The time will be somewhere past three
Such a beautiful moment setting me free
From all the worries of the world
Beneath the blankets I’ll be curled
And that would be my perfect dream
Those aurora lights a shining beam
