Author's Notes: "The People from Those ****-Hole Countries," is a new political-verse poem that I just completed on January 13, 2018. The principal focus of this write, among many others, concerns the rhetoric and overall sad situation regarding the U.S. President's recent racially-tinged comment about the people from those ****-hole countries, which has been amply covered in the America press and worldwide as well. This very unfortunate remark has only added fuel to the fire already burning from other things this president has done to shame and degrade less fortunate people, whist denigrating the authority and respect of the very important office he holds. This political verse poem is a treatise, in fact, which speaks for itself. I recommend that interested readers can also obtain a further in-depth back-story relevant to the theme of this poem by reading the following poems I posted last year, in 2017, on Poetry Soup: "The Pied Piper from New York City, (Parts One and Two)," "Demagoguery," and "Racism."
