The Pearl

Once upon a time life seemed crystal clear.
Then out of the blue little beads appear,
Of hurt and pain and mournful days.
But God knows a tiny pearl is there.
He will use it to turn this pain into light,
And so it grows till it glows for all to see.
To God be the glory, who else could it be?
For through your pain you continued to glow,
To inspire people you may or may not know.
