Silencing thought flow commotion
All that is, is the here and now
Throbbing with the power of tao
Feeling each layered emotion
We slowly gentle attention
Living without apprehension
Awakening in slow motion
On finding within love’s bliss hive
Nodes within our form come alive
Savouring bliss nectar potion
Enabled of course by God’s grace
We exit life’s mundane rat race
We’re the vastness of the ocean
We’re the light of the central sun
As God’s son, He and we are one
