The Path of Sorrow

deep down this path of sorrow
nature's arms they stand and judge
the mountains rumble with such anger
their role had never been as such
our God created all these things
to comfort man, to keep him safe
The wrath of God is ever present
They'll roar into a hurricane
deep down this raging river
all forms of life are washed away
for us there'll be no saving world
to wake good morning to each day
