The sallow sings it’s song in midnight sky’s
I remember trying hard in life to study,
books shifted, page lost to working mind
perhaps she thought my study was a threat
The sparrows work together feeding nests
A wife that wanted money’s better dreams
Yet never saw that she could build careers
Together we can make or break our home
The path of love can kill a thousand dreams
Broken wives beaten
Domestic violence
Every dream lost to the violence of lies
The path of love can kill a thousand dreams
The bumblebee builds honey for the queen
Money wasted, money spend the waste of one
Destroying, dreams together
The path of love can kill a thousand dreams
Men destroying dreams of wives
Wives destroying dreams of men
Working together we can build
The path of love can kill a thousand dreams
Molested and destroyed
A woman hurt by the abuse of a man
Her dreams destroyed her safety ignored
The path of love can kill a thousand dreams
I do not know the reason for your anger
Why take the wings of birds and stop their fight
Why terrorise you wife most every night
The path of love can kill a thousand dreams
She could have climbed the stairs of life
Pursuing a heart of loving gold
Instead, she suffers from your wrath
The path of love can kill a thousand dreams
The path of love can build a thousand dreams
Working together you can create
Working against each other you can destroy
She teaches him the path to loving drugs
Drugs destroy the wealth within the house
Empty banks destroy the dreams of gold
The path of love can kill a thousand dreams
The dreams of love are built on living gold
But lost to violent nights of love untold
The path of love can kill a thousand dreams
The path of love can build a thousand dreams
love can be the gold of summer sun
Together we can make our lives more fun
Budget learn and save
Together we can grow our own careers

Together we can work and build careers
Together we can build a life of care
The path of love can build a thousand dreams
When hands then join instead of strike
Where lovers join together lifting beams
Their songs of love are sung on summer swings
The future of tomorrow lost today
The little ant creates the stores for winter
the savings of today create tomorrow
a couple can create the love that breaks
a couple can create the love that makes
