The Path No One Chooses Yet Successful If You'Re Useless

They act like a mate 
but their fake 
never give 
but take
Always running late 
expecting you to wait 
it’s never their mistake 
excuses that they make 

Quick to pass the blame 
a stain upon your name 
and another one again 
as they fly like a plane 
and should you then complain 
they will set you straight 
with no apology as they explain 
there’s no problem like you claim 
before they carry on the same 
because they will only notice 
their needs and that they know best 
it’ll sabotage your progress 
as more watch where you go next 
put suspiciously in focus 
by lies which aid their process 
you’ll be walking around all merry 
unaware you’re seen unfairly 
as the liars lies are many 
yet you’re not aware of any 

because some can become users 
out of control accusers 
now you’re known as a nuisance 
thanks to stealthy lying losers 
and if they are believable 
it leaves you isolated 
the untrusted individual 
disliked and even hated 
and there is no escape 
you’re unknowing of your fate 
but for odd things people state 
that you brush off as out of place 

those who truly know you 
are the last to listen wholly 
but by then very slowly 
the lies are gospel Holy 
you are seen how they portray 
the image growing strength each day 
pouring concrete on your grave 
along a false path being paved 

slander is a cowards lie 
thought up in a soured mind 
attacking those forever blind 
looking forward not behind 
a reputation you’ve now got 
of being someone you are not 
the shady one in every plot 
and ignorant to try and stop

reaching a point you look so bad 
when everyone else looks better 
but those who slander are very sad 
they’ve no ideas too clever 
mentally they’re flipping mad 
obsessed with you forever 
they’ve found power they’ve never had 
and pride themselves a wrecker 

they’ve done this for their own advantage 
to see you ruined by the damage 
to be thought of as one with baggage 
put out of favour in all who manage 
even though they couldn’t suck less 
they see slandering their success  
a removal through destructive mess 
fill in the gap and think their best 

the actions come from desperate need 
when brainless folk want to achieve 
with talent out weighed by their greed 
opting for the path all the others leave.

With their success confidence grows, 
effort drops, behaviour shows, 
before they know it they’re exposed, 
ending in an all-time low,
and that’s why it’s the path… 
where no one ever goes!!
