The other

Closing my eyes, don't wanna see what happens next,
Hiding a secret, protecting it like its my bulletproof vest,
Eyes wide open, was aware of the situation
Left heart open, and fell into the desire of temptation
What can I expect in the results of my own actions
Since you've been gone, he's been a very adloosive distraction
Copping isn't something I can handle very well
Every time your ripped from me
I get emotionally drained and mentally put myself through hell
I can't say goodbye, everything happens for a reason,
Was lost, losing all hope then he came in my life and gave me something to believe in
I know that I crossed the line
And My emotions completely took over
And now there is no turning back
A part of me will be with him forever

It's the getting caught that interferes with temptation. I wonder how many times that line gets crossed and the overall consequences.
