The Only Star For Me
You're the only star for me
In your loving light, I'll always want to be
You bring me peace and harmony
You tame the course of my devious destiny
You are my dazzling Terpsichore
The muse of my thought and my memory
You ease my pain and my misery
You're my most beautiful scenery
Your beauty will always be my gold
No matter how much we'll grow old
Your amber glow pacifies the mold
Even when the nights are cold
You will always be my light
In your loving arms, I'll cling so tight
And even if we'll have a fight
Loving you will always be right
And even though, some times are tough
Even if the tides are rough
I must admit that I'm your buff
For in my heart, you are my half
You are my vision, near or far
Your beauty shimmers from afar
You light my night and heal my scar
You'll always be my only star
