The One I Miss the Most

I miss my little ‘Candy’ They say dogs, are our best friends I miss my youth and vitality But most, I miss my kin I’m ready for your hubby, The kiddies and pork roast I miss them bad and it’s borderline But you I miss the most. I hate I missed your ‘Special’ day When you turned thirty -six ‘Though I know you had the greatest time With sweet, and ‘macho’ Rick They still gather here for meals Your brothers, sister-in-law, and sister And talk in reminiscing ‘Of Jeri, and how much we miss her’ So when you come to visit Tell Rick....he’ll cook the roast (mmmmmm....I remember) I’ll kiss them all, no doubt I’ll cry I want them near, I cannot lie I’ll raise my ‘coke’ and propose a toast Hold you close and then I’ll boast How it’s you, I missed the most
