The One From the Cross
Lessons divine come from the creator above,
It is our decision to open up and hear,
Quality arrives in the form of words thereof,
For he is the one all embrace so dear.
There are those who flee and many who wander,
All return in the end for we are his sheep,
Some question and many ideas they ponder,
All know where their heart lies when they lay to sleep.
Many find themselves ashamed of their behavior,
They repent always when the blood is poured,
For he is the one who gave his life, our savior,
He is the only one we answer to, he is our lord.
