The Ocean of the World

For all the pain that lies beneath the waves, crashing over my head once more, the numbness creeps forever cold, on a pain that was there once before, my cry’s drown in my heart, as i slip under again, but there are a thousand more slipping away, as the tide washes in, for myself i look out for this time, a friend is of the past, for the ocean of the world, a frail honest person will never last
