The New Beginning
I can't feel anything, I cannot move
Pain is what they bring, No words can sooth
This world passes me by, Labeling me
I wish life could die, can they see?
In this new beginning, I try to stand
This war im still not winning, where's her loving hand?
What is love, is it real or true?
Something I dream of, for once I loved you.
Was it all lust, did you really care?
When I was grounded into dust, did you just stare?
My heart it died, I stumbled and fell.
Yet you cried, when my soul was to sell
What is so important, to wait and to live for?
I hear the chant, when i was defeated by my inner war.
In life's dance, who will lead, who will follow?
One more chance, all about speed, but death will swallow
As delicate as the whitest lace, why do i breathe?
Should I see your face and once again believe?
When I lie awake, every single night,
My life's at stake, as I kill my fright.
But this pain, is so real...
It drives me insane, knowing that my heart can't heal.
As I look into the sky, I make my wish.
I fall and begin to cry, just hoping life will finish
