The Most Special Night

I walk along the sidewalks
Am filled with joy and glee
My heart swells with the feeling
That I will share with thee

Triumphant is this night here
It twinkles with all might
It sparkles through the darkness
While smiling big and bright

The whole world in attention
As brilliant light pours in
Uniting strangers and loved ones
And gathering old friends

The stars they burn like light bulbs
And cast a special glow
There's magic in the distance
As angels fly below

The snow flakes spread like butterflies
And melt into the ground
The night is in suspension
and memories abound

This night stands up in victory
It differs from the rest
And it ignites hopes and wishes
And creates a season in which we all are blessed
