The Morning After

Once it happens
Be it in the day or night
You wonder what was the purpose
Of even putting up a fight
Tears, dirt, and blood may stain your clothes
Just another reminder until the day you get old
Of that horrible night or day
Always questioning "what if i had walked the other way?"
If you have the courage you go and get checked
After all the test... all they can do is give you a pill...
The morning after is more than just a pill
The morning after is the day you question whats real......

Abortion is a sad thing, I guess, a necessary evil, I like the emotion in this piece.
