The Moon

The moon makes its way to the earth
In the darkness of the night
Shines and shines in pale golden light
Shines and shines the night to bright

The moon stays high above the sky
In a measureless distance high
That no man can ever touch
Its pale golden light does touch
It caresses for the soul
And embraces the soul

Beautiful beautiful does the moon
Beautiful beautiful does the moon
