The Moon

A full moon is rising
And there is no avoiding it
I can not escape this evil face
There`s nowhere to hide
 From this sinister, white smile
From this victorious gaze
For the moon knows everything
It sees through me
It reads my thoughts
I suffer from being exposed
Looking at its translucent light
Finally, I submit to it and confide in it:
``Nobody loves me.
My life is unfulfilled.``
It smiles gaily and gives me
Its silver light
The feeling of sorrow is gone
Being unhappy was just
A silly, silly dream
