The Monster Under The Bed

Hiding behind the bushes
And closed closet doors,
Lurking under your bed
On dark and dusty floors

A shape in the shadows
You know he is there,
Waiting in the corner
To jump out and scare

You just know he will
Though they never do,
Because the monster is
Just as scared of you!

Lol love the ending Kelly... My research into Cryptids, UFO's and Bigfoot has surprised me over the forty years of research. Sometimes what we think can't be, is. Also on another note Santana the group wrote a song Monster Under My Bed if you haven't heard it you should it goes perfect with this write of yours... Thanks for posting enjoyed reading...

Poem of most children's fears, it resonates in that new monsters emerge with time. I enjoyed the sweetness of this write.
