The Mistake of You

I never made a promise to stay in your life
i never said that there would be sunshine in your life
you always told me we were always meant to be
now I sit alone just watching the T.V

you always said that our love was as perfect as can be
but then turned around and blamed all the mistakes on me
I never promised that we could work it through
but when it ended it's like you always knew

(chorus)
But we were so young when we said those things
and i was so confused of what life should be
i grew old and yes maybe even just a little bitter
and i still trying to clean out all the past and it's litter

you broke my heart and slowly shredded it apart
I made mistakes and i will be the first to say

Work in progress (just had to get it down somewhere its a song not very good, needs work)
