The Mind Ride
Concrete on your breath
Empty your mind of thought
Do this everyday
If peace of mind is sought
Listen to your heartbeat
And everything inside
Never be distracted
While on the mind ride
This quietude of soul
Is what we should all feel
If deep within our hearts
We wish to keep it real
We know the minds a muscle
To do this is to work out
If you wish to build serenity
This will without a doubt
It's also called meditation
The new mind body craze
I really suggest you try it
Cause in the end it pays
