The Whiskey Taster’s Flavor Guide

The Mighty Oak

I stand alone, a wise old tree
                        Natures' Watcher, forever, watching Me
My roots are deep, my wisdom much
Surviving the sun, the storms & such

As earthly season comes and goes
                           Roots grow deeper… foliage grows
                           Leaves & blooms, sunshine kissed
                            Heavens’ rains, my bounty exists

                        Natures' Watcher providing every need
                           Sunshine, rainfall, night for seed
Create, extend and give forth life
Thru myriad of trials and withering strife

Roars of thunder, bolts of light
                          Rainfall, sunshine bring forth life
To grow, to blossom, if we listen
                             Carry wind, my only mission

                           Winds of time, forever survive
                            Willowing branches my wings,
Leaves, born to fall, become the earth
Never at rest…this wise old tree…forever evolving
