The Midnight Hour

Uncork the bubbly
And say cheers
It’s your birthday
My dear.
The clock has struck
You are born
Wishes pour
Why wait till morn?
So what,
If I’m not with you
And so aren't those few.
It’s the midnight hour
And the ones you love
Are connected from far.
'May your 46th
Bring health and happiness'
I say
And your nears and dears
Cheerfully chorus,
'Happy Birthday'!
