The Mean Side of Jealousy

Jealousy, a demanding malady,
It will destroy the best relationship
And, it offers no simple remedy,
While undermining a companionship.
Loss of trust will destroy a partnership
It will certainly cause a painful rift,
More destructive than simply being miffed
Before two hearts were lovingly entwined,
But now they are suddenly set adrift
Because jealousy simply cannot bind.
