The Master Calls

There is only one Master in life that we are born to serve,
But there are many who want us to bow down that do not deserve.

The rewards we receive while we walk this earth,
Are merely trinkets to display upon our hearth.

Our real reward lies just beyond our sight,
A place called heaven for those who choose to live right.

There is only one God that we should ever choose,
Choosing God All Mighty you can never loose.

He sent His Son to cleanse our souls,
The Cross is our sign it’s where Jesus played out His role.

The blood He spilt was to save humanity,
The price that had to be paid so our souls could be free.

We have to remind each other each and every day,
Of the love of Jesus and the price He had to pay.

Give Him praise, honor, and glory,
And take the time to read His story.

He’s the one we turn to when we need a friend,
He’s the one that will be there when we reach the end.

Say a little prayer for someone today,
We need to bring prayer back is all I’ve got to say.
