The Mask

He has it
She wears it
We all in need or out of need create them
Usefull sometimes, useless other times
Mend sometimes, break sometimes

The smile
The laughter
The tears
The care and love we tend to show and express are we obliged to do, be feel or say?

The courage on each face
The braveness in each heart
The fear in each soul
For a reason, for a season
In need or out of need
Sometimes we need the mask
other times do we?

For truth to prevail
For souls to be redeemed
For hope to be restored
For such times as these
I do believe, we dont need the mask
Not even when and why we think we do.
