The Marriage Feast

The Spirit of God
overcomes all creation
to teach us what love is
from nation to nation
until we accept God with one accord
and everyone returns
to be with the Lord.
The Marriage Feast
is for His bride;
the human race is
the prodigal self,
crucified.
It's our own ego and endless pride
which separate us from God
and the sanctified.
All unite with the Lord
at the Marriage Feast
in a warmth from a glow
that will never cease.
Perfect love, perfect peace,
perfect joy remain
as nameless we become one
with the Lord and the same.

Lovely verse Janet, if only mankind would follow his ways, wouldn't the world be a better place.
