The Love of Christ

THE LOVE OF CHRIST

There was a time in my life when I had no love.
No one to call my own no one to share my love.

And I went through everyday hoping and wishing that love would find me.
It was hard, hard to eat, hard to sleep, hard to focus on me.
 
But then you came into my life and set me free.
I began to look back on all the things I had done.

All the ways I tried to find someone.
The thought of all the nights I cried myself to sleep.

Holding my pillow tight and dreaming of a life with love endlessly.

I’m so glad you taught me to first love me, and now that love has come I know 
how to love unconditionally.

Sometimes life seems hard and even unbearable, we face trials and storms that 
feel like it’s the end.

But my friends I tell you today there is a way.

A way out of hopelessness
           Out of depression
           Out of sorrow 
And his name is JESUS.

JESUS came and filled me
            Filled me with a love that I could never find in man,cause He loves me like 
no one                       else can.

SO I SAY TO ALL OF YOU TODAY, LET GO AND LET THE LOVE OF CHRIST 
TAKE YOU AWAY.
