The Lost 2k10

With only a morsel of self-esteem
we've not awoken.
Will we remain as "Humpty Dumpty's";
Forever broken?
Will our emotions encloaked be left
thereof unspoken?

Ultimately which path are we apt to
walking alonge?
Ultimately just where exactly do we
lost belong?
Residing where right seems minority
to legions of wrong.

Are we destine for a wasteland of
utter loneliness?
Please! Tell us Gypsy, that in our
futures there's loveliness?
For we long to escape this self-
destructive wilderness.

Sad but very well written Anthony ,last line sums it up . If only a gypsy could realy tell us our futures, would we be any different? Anne

Deeply emotional and sad. Your expression underscore the emptiness that you express so well.
