The Lost

Now summer comes and I leave my friends
Leaving school and all the ones i love
But the one person I love most
Seems happy for the lost

My lover hugs me and a tear rolls down
I try to make them feel better
But I open my mouth without a sound
We both know we won't see each other

My dad waiting in the car
I don't want to drift apart
My friends leaving us all alone
Just for me to say why is our love poor

I sit there in the car wondering
What have I done to their heart
The song that I wish I could sing
For all the lost
