Notes About The Poem
I think that there is a lot of deep pain in the world.
And at this moment my own depression is
Contributing to my thoughts.
There are medications to help but there are just
Some pain that there is no help for.
The long sleep
Now is the time I think I should close my eyes
And sleep for good.
The pain I'm in is buried deep so I feel I need
Never ending sleep.
I'm scared I am not brave but to have this sleep
I will be saved
To lie down and close my eyes would be the time
All my pain dies.
Please don't worry I did my best but no pain now
And I'm at rest.
