The Little Wishers
Oh! Oh! Oh!
The little wishers
stand outside
gazing at the stars,
everybody misses
the cheery voice of Santa;
wait a little longer, no need
for tears: you'll see Santa
and his reindeers!
Boys and girls
anxiously wait, their smiles
have a shining glow:
they have been wondering for hours
if their Christmas spirit will grow,
not thinking about toys...
when everything will turn white,
greeting the brightest night
that's beautiful and quiet!
Ho! Ho! Ho!
The little wishers look up...
while snowflakes
start falling down;
moon and stars
won't be seen:
boys and girls,
get ready to cheer up!
Ho! Ho! Ho!
Little wishers wave at Santa
and his reindeers,
he has traveled far
to make your wishes come true!
Ho! Ho! Ho!
Thank Santa and hug him:
he has done this just for you!
Ho! Ho! Ho! Ho! Ho! Ho!
Have you been good,
or better than gorgeous Robert
who helps grannies
with their groceries?
Santa knows it
and will give him the best present!
Santa says, " Be nice to all,
and be full of Christmas cheer!
Ho! Ho! Ho! Ho! Ho! Ho!
