The Light

You could see the light of the light house from miles away It would shine bright on you as if to say... Look towards my light if you've drifted astray and I will guide you back the rest of the way Standing tall and looking down on all, the lost who will soon be found if they come to call. Found by the light that shines so bright that can bring you in from out of the night. To serve its purpose, that's why it stands so firm just in case you and I make a wrong turn. Kind of like our Lord who wants us to do the same. To follow his guiding light and live by his name If lost, then his light will guide us along, To bring us safely home to where we belong.
