The Lifeblood of Words

Can we disreguard words?
Do they mean so little
Until spoken face to face

Do lines on a paper
Written gently, with tenderness and time
Make them any less a saving grace

If we let love wonder at will
Then vunerability is awoken
Our very being open to its core

But the very belief
With which we share our hearts
Allows us to love like never before

This is so well said Jo. The thought process of the interpersonal communication versus emoting through a pen....which is more sincere and heart felt? Thank you for being so complimentary of my "talent" ...and I find your modesty charming...but you are a talent unto yourself. Keep it up!! Much love, Steve
