The Life - Light
THE LIFE - LIGHT
Believe two spirits can meet within
And sense that they are close kin
And have a familiar heart.
A brother knows a sister’s kindred face
The windows of their souls have no curtain-lace.
Believe in love, in a life - light,
Know that this is good, and right,
A daily miracle.
Like new-open buds or a baby born,
A rare intensity and beauty, a dawn.
