The Life I'Ll Miss
As the darkness envelopes my body and mind,
My soul starts to rest one final time.
I start to envision a reel of my life,
And know now why death stings like a knife.
The people i love, like diamonds in the rough,
The love of a few for me is enough.
The labor of love will prove me just,
I cry for those, who's hearts fade to rust.
The roar of the ocean, the crash of the sea;
Never more majestic in all history.
The snow shines like Angels eyes,
To all who behold, a heavenly prize.
My soul dies to live forever,
Along it will glide through any weather.
