The Lie

A year has gone by. But the pain, wont go away. I had to tell a lie, that day. I met someone else. Someone, who would accept me. Wouldnt neglect me. Or reject me!! The lie, wasnt really a lie, I met someone, I did But the connection, affection & Lovemaking just wasnt, the same way It hurts when I think about it, the lie I said to you that day!! Why couldn't I just accept it And respect it, for what it was!! Instead of trying, to change it!! Rearrange it, all because I WAS IN LOVE......

I understand why one must lie, we don't want to hurt anyone, or we are not ready to let go. which ever the case... I hope you did the right thing :-) always~ Linda
