"the Letter Shedded"

Cleaning my closet just the other day.... And their sat an old letter tattered and grey... The memories swept back like a cool wind from the window... Should I read these words again or to the shedder shall it go... Human nature makes us want to feel the pain... Why I will never know, but the fear is the gain.. For one last time I will tear for these broken dreams, as my fingers shake and my body leans... I skim through this letter and the words not kinder... For a touch on my shoulder and sweet reminder... The past is the past and for real love and trust, is the lady beside me where our love is a must....
