The Lesson Learned

I once walked through a door that had no light..
I awoke on a bed that did not feel right..
For a time in my life I had lost my soul..
I had forgotten what was real to a heart so cold..
As time passd I gathered my pieces and
                                                              followed a brighter star..
And was taught a lesson, one moment in life
can not define who we are..

That is a correct statement but sometimes what happens (especially in small towns)is a person is only remembered in the light of their sin or mistake..Enjoyed reading your very excellent work..Your presence at my work was uplifting..Sara
