The Last Time

Graduation, Caps and Gowns,
Proms and Staying up All Night.
One Last Gigantic Party
Before You Enter Life's Great Fight.

You Haven't Got a Single Clue
About the Things You'll Have to Face,
But You're More than Something Special'
And Won't Lose in Life's Long Race.

So Enjoy Yourself Tonight
The Memories Will Live Forever.
And You'll Look Back with Fondness
At the Last Time You Were All Together.

One Thing I Would like to Say,
Just from Me to You.
Deep down Inside You Hold the Key,
To Whatever You Wish to Do.

Beautiful write to end a chapter of a child's academic life and the start of adulthood. They really don't know what they're up against. Lovely rhyming scheme, my friend. Licia :-)
