The Language Teacher
Her job is to teach and to inform
To listen and show sympathy.
Trying her best everyday, every moment,
Thanking god for a moments rest.
Who knows how much she struggles to keep that neverending smile?
What about when she has to call someone about thier child?
I guess tht none will ever know the struglles of the teacher,
But what about the individuality of her job?
Teaching about essays, verbs and poem.
Showing people how to spell better,
Teaching them to read better,
What about when she teaches you to behave better?
So today Mrs. Bergh from all of us to you,
We're letting it show
You taught us more than you know,
In actions as well as words.
So today on the day you retire,
Thank you Mrs. Bergh
