The Joyous Heart
What is stillness
Carefree playfulness
A flow of joy
Devoid of narrow ploy
We are & be
Ecstatic in continuity
Spontaneous
Each moment fortuitous
Aspect allowing
Blissfully free flowing
To our elation
Thought an interruption
Which we rest
Without caring to test
Having sired
But finally weary & tired
Of contraction
Opting now for expansion
Of our heart
