The Journey
I have journeyed across the vast expanse
To find a home that will cherish my dance
From above I gazed at the planet earth
Blue and welcoming I sprung forth into birth.
I explored wholeheartedly my new home
Found wondrous beings on the roam
Different colors, multitude of shades
What magnificence life has made
Eyes of brown, blue and green
Never before I had seen
The radiant glow of those inimitable smiles
Guided my quest for many miles
I met you and you met me
And wondered, what could we be
We searched our heart and we searched our soul.
In there we found, together, we are whole
