The Journey

No more than a ripple in time
We just keep marching on
No one left to guide us
We face this world alone

Lost without direction
We stumble into the night
Our souls reject the darkness
Ever reaching for the light

March on now weary traveler
For another day will dawn
Not knowing what tomorrow holds
Or what secrets it will spawn

If ever you see a stranger
Cross this forsaken place
Take his hand and guide him
For he too might finish this race

A dismal maze of uncertainty
Lies within our path
Our choices will determine
Is it life or is it Wrath?
