Having taught Dance Aerobics classes in the 80's, I think these are some of the cheesy types of moves I would choreograph.
The Jiggle Pants Dance
Here’s a dance that ought to be
picked up very easily -
one that those with two left feet
can learn and never miss a beat.
The first move that you have to know
you have to do twice in a row.
Sideways step and as you go
to the right, your left foot follows.
Step-together, step-together.
Put a sexy glide into it.
Let your hips move rhythmically.
Next sideways left you have to go.
Step together, step together.
Even Uncle Joe can do it.
Simply let your body flow.
Next you do a little kick.
With your left leg, cross kick right.
You must do it very quick.
Then cross-kick right foot to the left.
Step together, step together.
First go right. Then go left.
Next pivot round yourself full circle
To the right, pivot pivot.
Cross kick two times to the right.
Pivot next time to the left.
Pivot - pivot, cross-kick two times to the left.
Finally you’re ready for
your finest move out on the floor.
Lean right and let your top get jiggy.
Shimmy shimmy shimmy shimmy.
Do it more than twice per beat.
Then lean left. Repeat, repeat.
Now stand and wiggle both your hips.
Don’t just wiggle, Let them shimmy.
In your pants you’ll feel the jiggle.
Faster, faster, Uncle Jimmy!
Shimmy shimmy shimmy shimmy
Let yourself go loose on top.
Then those hips – give them a chance.
Shimmy shimmy, jiggy jiggy.
Finish off with Hop hop hop!
Feel that jiggle in your pants;
if you do not want to stop,
face east and do the dance again.
Do it from the very start.
Then face south repeating all.
Then again but facing west.
Four times done, you’ll be your best.
One last thing, you have to giggle
if you do the jiggle pants dance.
