The Incessant Talker On a Phone

hahahaha. I can only imagine such an idiot that keeps talking after they've been hung up on for an hour!! (it's so hard to end phone calls with such people)

I know what you mean, Caren. Did you ever have someone call you who does not know how to end a phone conversation. You can tell they are hesitating, you are hesitating, and the phone conversation should end, but politeness rules that the caller bring it to a close. Interesting. Suggestions?
